This approach helps organizations become more flexible, which affects the success of the company. And when we talk about DevOps as a role, we mean professionals whose area of responsibility is to improve the efficiency of the organization from a technological perspective. That means doing things like automating all kinds of processes, and a series of actions aimed at making all processes in the company work as smoothly as possible. And this requires quite a few skills, such as knowledge of networks and information security, working with the cloud, and writing code.
These are also some of the reasons why the salary in this role is very high. According to salary tables, DEVOPS people earn an average of 27 thousand shekels per month!
So who is it suitable for and how do you get there?
In most organizations, DEVOPS will not be a first role, but in recent years, because demand is constantly increasing, there are sometimes positions for juniors as well.
