Hello and welcome to the IT Convergence User Productivity Kit tutorial series. This is a demonstration of how to enhance content with multiple choice and multiple answer questions within sections in topics in Oracle's UPK developer.
UPK questions are individual items which are used to test the user skills, competency and knowledge of the subject. UPK questions can help facilitate user adoption by offering the means to test in track if users both understand them how and why of a process.
Basically it answers the end users question of how do I complete this task and why I am performing this task, giving the end-user a broader view of organizational process. Multiple-choice many answer questions require users to read the questions select more than one answer from list to possible answers to create a new multiple choice many answer question but first click on the File menu, point to new point to question and choose multiple choice many answer click the click to add question text field and enter the question text. For the purpose of this tutorial, I will type how can UPK be used.
Click the click to add choice text field and enter the first choice text here I will write testing, press enter and create a subsequent choice. Build a next type training, click the appropriate choice to indicate the correct answers. It will check both training and testing. Click the click to add remediation text fields and add remediation text if desired. To save the question, click the save icon. To link in an existing multiple choice question, the first step is to select the desired document, module, section or topic.
Click on the link menu click existing document, select your question and click link. To save the question, click the save icon. To preview a question, open the question in the question editor and click Preview on the question editor toolbar.
