GTA V Re-Sized Mod - Increase FPS, Smooth Gameplay & Fix Stuttering issues! [FPS Booster]

This mod will let you play with higher settings and smoother gameplay. It will also increase FPS (Frames per second) for some rigs. I personally gained 4-5 FPS. Notice the video is rendered in 60fps, but gameplay is not (or at least all of the gameplay).
My review.
I fixed all my stuttering issues with this mod. Other videos with Nvidia control panel configs and stuff didn't do that much, but
this mod really worked for me. Give it a try if you're having trouble with stuttering, low fps issues etc.
