Latest Updates in Newer versions:
Latest option is to use the record tab where u can record by showing your video
You have Screen recording options in “Insert tab”
For Quick Access:
Go to developer options and pin in the PPT for Quick use
Ways to tackle if the screen recording is disabled in MS PPT
1 Go to Settings --Update and Security -- Check for Updates and perform the updates --restart the system
2. Make sure that your PPT is not in old format and save it in the new format
