In my opinion this recording is a contender for worst cover version of all time , certainly of this iconic song .
Taken from Top of The Pops album Vol 65 released in 1978, TOTP was a series of albums released in the UK from the late 60`s through to the early 80`s. The albums were cheap and included cover versions of current hits rather than the original versions.
