Responder is a utility used by pentesters to capture the NTLM hash. But more often users find no response from it when LFI or RFI is attempted. Here is one solution that I feel is fixture to the confusion. The ambiguity is that users more often put remote machine's IP address in URL to execute LFI. However, it must take local machine's IP or VPN IP address of local machine.
