How to Remove FPS Cap in Paladins
1 - Right-Click Paladins from your Steam library and click "Properties".
2 - Click "Local Files" tab and click "Browse Local Files."
3 - An Explorer window will pop-up. Got to ChaosGame-Config then open "DefaultEngine.ini" file.
(full path is Steam\steamapps\common\Paladins\ChaosGame\Config)
4 - Look for "bSmoothFrameRate" then change the value from "TRUE" to "FALSE".
5 - Save the file.
