Detailed instructions:
1. Pressed and held both roller buttons for 30 seconds
2. Display should restart
3. Press the Spotify icon to open it
4. It will take a few seconds to open (mine took 40 seconds)
5. Once open, it should show Spotify's home screen.
6. If you still have issues, open another media app like YouTube, Audible, or Tuen-in radio. Then go back to Spotify.
