How to enable Developer Options on your BLU R1 HD android smartphone. This will allow you to turn on USB Debugging in the settings.
Go to Settings, then About Phone and tap 7 times on Build Number. You are now a developer. It is recommended to turn off developer options if not using as it can impact your battery performance.
