What is the Ekadash and Pradosh Vrat Fast?

Tomorrow, May 31, the last day of spring, is Nirjala Ekadashi - a fast 🍇 comparable in strength to all fasts of the year for protection, good fortune 🍀, prosperity, and spiritual growth. And on Thursday, June 1, is Guru Pradosh Vrat - children 👶🏻, pregnancy, and unborn babies.
❗️Nirjala Ekadashi is the most important and significant of all the 24 Ekadashis in 2023. It falls on the 11th-12th lunar day of the waxing moon in the month of Jayestha (May-June) and coincides with Gayatri Jayanti 2023 - the appearance day of the Goddess Gayatri.
👼🏻 - Guru Pradosh Vrat falls on the 13th lunar day of Shukla Paksha (waxing moon), Thursday, the day of Jupiter (Guru). Observing the Guru Pradosh fast is beneficial because it can correct karma related to children, family, and resolve hormonal issues.
