Speed limit sign preparation
Along with spring flowers, motorists traveling through central and eastern Oregon will see new speed limit signs popping up. HB 3402 increases legal speeds on select highway sections east of the Cascade Range. Travelers are reminded that with increased speeds comes increased responsibility.
