I recently shared a video where I gave Schwinn 5-stars for their prompt response to an eBike that arrived with a non-functional battery. A few people demanded a followup on the replacement battery and if that fixed the problem. Well....things took an unexpected turn that led to a video, and now a new video with even more information.
