■ Debug menu FAQ Step by step:
1. First you need to download debug eboot.bin from here https://bit.ly/2NytfJN
2. Copy and replace downloaded eboot.bin to RPC3\dev_hdd0\game\NPUA80698\USRDIR (for example) - make a backup for sure
3. Launch a game and you should see a FPS / CPP overlay
4. Open menu with L3 + Start and set up things as in a video or description below:

*MsgCon - Disable FPS (Turn off fps counter)
*Mesh Options / Dpmesh Options - Disable Mesh Trimming (slight fps boost)
*Light Options / SSAO Debug Mode - set to No Asm (slight fps boots)
*Light Options / SSAO Debug Mode - disable Screen Space Ambient Ocslusion (slight boost + fixes a slowdown while loading levels)
*Dynamic Light Options - Disable spu lighting
*Dynamic Light Options - Enable stecil buf for gpu lightning (this seems to be a protection from error that may occur from Disabling spu lightning)
*Depth Of Field - Disable Depth Of Field + w/ Manual Camera (Turn off DOF)
*Motion Blur - Disable Motion Blur + Velocity + Train Level (Turn off Motion Blur)
*Post Processing - Disable Post On Spu (biggest fps boost)
