DIY Balloon Photo Frame Without a Stand
Hey Party Squad, This week I'm making a free standing photo frame that doesn't require a stand! This is a great inside balloon design that you don't have to go back and retrieve stands after the event is over. Follow the pattern for a cool zigzag design. DIY Halloween Photo Frame with cute ghosts!
The finished frame stands about 8.5' tall using 8" balloon quads or 9.5' tall using 9" balloon quads.
