How to Install Japanese Games on Qoo App (Android)
In this video, I will show you how to install and download Japanese based games using Qoo App on an android phone. Go ahead and open google chrome and search for qoo app download. You will want to select this first option, which takes you to the download page.
Tap on the “download qooapp” button below. Since this is not from the google playstore, it will warn you about this download. Select “download anyway”. Then open the apk file. You will need to allow google chrome to open unknown apps by going to settings and allowing it to do so.
Now, you can install Qoo App. Google might attempt to block the install. Tap on the “more details” hyperlink and choose “install anyway”. Then, select okay.
Once the installation is complete, open it. Check the box to confirm you are above 13 and select okay.
You will be prompted to sign up for an account. I will select the guest account for now. After going through the captcha, Qoo App will ask for an email for security purposes. Input your email and get the verification code from there. Then, you will want to paste them here.
Select “Finish register” and you will need to set your password. Once that is complete, you can finally use the app.
The app itself has not only Japanese games, but mostly games from Asia such as taiwan, china and so on.
For this example, I will go to the games tab and select the filter button. Then, I will highlight the Japan tab to only show Japanese games. For this example, I will choose “Project Sekai Colorful Stage”.
Tap on the download button and you will need to allow Qooapp access in the settings to install the game. Once installation is complete, open the game and you are able to play Japanese games.
This will work in most games and it should not be a problem for the most part. Thanks for watching!
