PowerBuilder SOAP Web Service Crash
In this Webcast, Marco Meoni, an Appeon expert, will demonstrate a practical approach to SOAP Web Service development in PowerBuilder and Appeon Web and Appeon Mobile. A number of practical examples will show how to consume a publicly available WS from both PB desktop and Appeon Web and Mobile clients , outlining the differences from the PB code perspective. Proxy objects and WS DataWindows will be demonstrated. The examples will then show how to create our own WS that connects to a database and returns elementary data types, recordset based on query parameters or even a result blob.
