I often talk to people who have money problems and want to generate passive income.
It's not easy for me to tell these people that for them, this is an inapplicable concept for now.
Passive income is the type of income that comes in without a direct relationship between hours worked and income.
For example, royalties from publishing a book are passive income.
Work done once generates income over time.
Here lies the crux of the matter.
Nothing comes from nothing.
There is no income, even passive, that doesn't require commitment, initial work, or ownership of an asset.
In essence, to earn passive income, you have to work hard initially.
If you have income, the first thing to do is generate it. Only then can you move to the next level and try to "passivize" it.
