Houdini Pyro Portal Fx Simulation
This project showcases an R&D effort to create a portal effect using Houdini's pyro simulation in combination with a particle system.
I have created this effect with the help of Intae Jang's tutorial on Intro to VFX with Houdini. I followed his steps to create this simulation. His in-depth knowledge helped me understand the logic and customize the effect to achieve better results. I am satisfied with the overall result and its visual impact.
