In this video, I will show you how to find blank cells in excel worksheet and fill in color faster.
Method 1:
1. hit ctrl + H.
2. make sure you are in replace tab
3. click options
4. change the format at replace with line.
5. click fill tab and pick color there.
6 hit replace All button.
Method 2: (faster way)
1. hit ctrl + G (or F5)
2. click special.
3. check blanks radio button
4. excel will select all the blank cells for you automatically
5. Go to home tab and fill color from there
