As the temperature creeps up in the summer months, animals need ways to keep themselves cool. For people, sweating helps us maintain our body temperature. You may also have seen dogs panting heavily to help them beat the heat.
But what about birds? It turns out they use a variety of methods to keep themselves cool. Museum scientist Eloise Hunt explains.
