How to URL Shortener with Firebase Dynamic Links (FDL)
Google is turning down support for its Google URL Shortener, which launched in 2009. A URL shortening service allowed people to shorten and share links easily and also helped to measure online traffic.
Firebase Dynamic Links are smart URLs, free forever and for any scale, allow users to “send existing and potential users to any location within iOS or Android apps.
You just need to create a new project or import a Google Cloud Platform project in the Firebase console. Then Get started with Dynamic Links feature inside the Firebase console.

If you only want to create short links for web URLs, you may skip adding mobile apps in your Firebase project from the Project Overview page of the Firebase console. (Specify any value for the bundle ID and skip the subsequent steps).
