This requires finding the confluence in the dreaming city which may not be apparent to newer players. I will walk you through finding the confluence and the location of the atlas skews. This quest assumes you have already found the atlas skews from the previous weeks. This also assumes you have completed the astral alignment for this week that is on a rotation. Find the Harbinger Cathedral , Confluence Tree Triad , Confluence Throne Portal , Confluence Giant Crystal , Garden Entry Statue Skews in the Confluence as part of the Ager Scepter Quest. This is part of the hollow coronation quest.
