Next, I tried to find a glitch where to skip the entire house scene, and to my success, here is the explanation:
in the 2005 intro, there is a very rare bug that if you press a a b g h e t f s s, you basically tweak the game, causing the locations to load incorrectly. since this happens, the room location fortunately loads the cia building. with this glitch you are able to skip the entire house scene.
