How to Change Name on Twitch
You can change your twitch name, both user name and display name on Twitch.tv or using the Twitch mobile app (this will also open the twitch website for changing your name)
On Twitch.tv, login, click your profile icon, and go to settings.
Go to Profile and find profile settings.
Here, you can change your username and display name. You can only change your username every 60 days.
