GoPro Hero 10 - I Sent It Back
Now in this vlog i am going to be bangging on about my camera dilemma
So if that's not something you are interested in…… that's right you need to leave now...
Why do i feel you all left...hahaha
So go pro have got me in a loop of disappointment sometimes I feel like Kylie Minogue I'm Spinning Around
Do you know what me and Kylie Minogue are the same age hard to believe it isn't it she has obviously had a hard life Ha ha ha ha ha
So the gph9 it let me down on my recent trip to scotland doing the west highland way..
It would not let me do anything until I formatted the card…
Just format the card then ,,,,i hear you say….
Not an option for me as I had not taken a spare card with me….something i will never do again..
So the footage i had already recorded i would of course loose if i formatted the card
Now i got to say that i have owned the gph9 for over a year and every time i got this message to format the card….all i did was reboot the camera until it sorted itself out and it always eventually did ….
Even if it sometimes took 10 or twenty reboots it had always returned to normal without me having to formatt.
I must have rebooted over 300 times!!.. But this time it was never gonna let me continue.
As soon as i returned from scotland i purchased the brand new all singing and dancing gph10
Because gopro deserves more of my money….
But With its new gp2 processor the gph10 has got to be a rock steady camera that wont let me down right….
Wrong…
I registered it set it up to record at 1080p
Put it on charge
The next day I powered it up……
And nothing….. Nothing
I had to pull the battery b4 i could get anything out of it….
At this point i wasted no time in repacking it back to Amazon
DJI Pocket 2
To make myself feel better I purchased the DJI pocket 2
It was an impulse buy and as soon as it arrived I knew I had made a mistake
now don't get me wrong the DJI pocket 2 is actually a fantastic little camera
and maybe maybe I will be keeping it
the problem I have with this tiny little gimbal camera It isn't waterproof and it's definitely not Tuff enough for the job
it is actually quite fragile
but you knew this before you purchase it Rob
well yes I did
like I said before it was an impulse buy after the disappointment of the GoPro Hero 10
So I just thought I would have a little rant about my camera dilemmas
I have decided I am going to continue to persevere with the GoPro Hero 9 And hopefully it will behave itself.
