Instructions: First start a new Unity Project Then Drag the VRCSDK & the Plug ins Folder to the Assets Area @ The Bottom of your Unity Project window, Now just wait for it to Load up Afterwards your all set and your Unity VRCSDK Should be now Selectable with all of it's Options Above.

ill Have To Spend Time on VRChat Before you can Upload, Also it will be about two weeks before VRChat Emails you Sending you Conformation to Upload Avatars.
