LAZY PIE with APPLE - Recipe
Filling:
1.5 kg of sour apples
3-4 tablespoons of sugar for apples
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Biscuit:
250 g of margarine
200 g of powdered sugar
200 ml of milk (room temperature)
2 eggs
grated rind of one lemon
500 g of flour
1/2 bag of baking powder
ALL FOODSTUFFS SHOULD HAVE ROOM TEMPERATURE !!!
Sprinkle the baked lazy pie with powdered sugar.
Cut it into cubes and serve.
