👁️ WHO WAS THE BEST CAPTAIN GENERAL OF THE GOTEI 13? | BLEACH
The title of best Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13 is hotly contested between two of the most strategic characters in the series:
Shunsui Kyouraku and Yamamoto Genryuusai
Let's start by talking about the old man.
Old Yama led the Gotei 13 for over 1000 years, or rather, according to himself, no shinigami has been born who could surpass him in a thousand years.

A LITTLE BIT OF THIS VIDEO'S SCRIPT:
🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻
He was the man who created the code of protection and internal balance between the souls that came from the world of the living and the Soul Society, managing to maintain peace for a large part of the period he remained as captain.
Besides, with his Zanka no Tachi, invading the Seireitei wasn't such a big plan.
Now, when we talk about Shunsui, our sleepy captain really surprised us… he did everything to win the Thousand-Year Blood War, like letting Zaraki awaken his true potential and also freeing Aizen to face Yhwach, besides being one of the few who actually defeated the Quincy he faced in the royal palace
So Shunsui also did an exceptional job
But to answer the initial question, the best was Yamamoto who maintained peace for the longest time, however, the one who stood out the most as a commander was Shunsui
