Death From Above Part II
This is part two of the Death From Above video. In this clip Titus attacked my ship as I was shooting at the mining ship. I ended up with 4 missiles on me and started to boost off. I then flipped about, and went on the offensive.
In this clip I tried a tactic I've seen now a few times in-game that drives me NUTS. It's the turning from a complete stop maneuver that allows you to dogfight without moving. I've yet to be killed by this technique but I wanted to test it out a few times to see its effectiveness.
I also tried on this day, the "setting jump before battle" technique I've seen done many times. This is where you set the jump then go into the fight. If you begin to lose, then you jump away. If you don't you continue to battle and refresh the jump. This was when cancelling of jumps was taken from us.
I am flying an Advanced Viper with all components leveled to 3. This was in the 1.3 build.
