Stop Windows 10 from restarting automatically
Windows 10 automatically reboots when your system goes idle after it installs an update requiring a restart. This video shows how to change this setting. As per comment below it will still schedule a reboot and you must reschedule a boot time or manually reboot before the predefined or your scheduled boot time or it will reboot according to the set schedule. Yours or what update has determined is a good time.
