hey guys in this video im gonna show you how to fix the problem when you cant open jpg files on windows 10 this happens for a few reasons like if the file is corrupt wrong app settings or if some codecs are missing i'll go through some easy fixes to help you get your pics working again
Set Default App for JPGs
go to settings then apps then default apps
scroll down to photo viewer and pick Photos or any other app you like for opening pics
Update Windows 10 Photos App
open microsoft store
check if there’s any updates for the Photos app
Use Another Image Viewer
if the Photos app still dont work try downloading a different app like IrfanView or XnView
Repair or Reset Photos App
go to settings then apps then apps & features
find Photos click advanced options then choose repair or reset
Corrupted JPG File
