Replacing the Water Inlet Valve in a Washing Machine 🔧🚰

1️⃣ Disconnect the machine from the power supply and water.
2️⃣ Turn off the water supply.
3️⃣ Unscrew the inlet hose from the valve.
4️⃣ Remove the top cover of the machine (usually secured with two screws on the back).
5️⃣ Locate the water inlet valve. It is usually located at the top where the hose connects.
6️⃣ Disconnect the wires from the valve. Note the terminal locations or take a photo.
7️⃣ Unscrew the valve fasteners (screws or latches).
8️⃣ Carefully remove the valve and its connections. If it's tight, gently pry it loose with a screwdriver.
9️⃣ Install the new valve. Secure it and reconnect the wires.
