Unused dialogue in Deltarune's Vessel Creation/Intro restored
Here's the unused code:

This unused cutscene element is skipped over in the code, as the cutscene ends before its shown. It uses a unique "typer" (A typer in Deltarune's code sets the font, colour, voice clip, speed etc. of a piece of dialogue) that's never used anywhere else. It should be noted that the voice that plays is actually Susie's, but slowed down slightly.
