Daim should undergo mental evaluation, court told
The prosecution in Tun Daim Zainuddin’s case for failing to comply with a notice to declare his assets applied to the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Tuesday (Aug 27) for the former Finance Minister to undergo a mental examination to determine his fitness to stand trial.
