Продолжаем серию видео по ликеро-водочным изделиям из СССР. На этот раз делимся с вами технологией приготовления простой и очень вкусной мятной настойки по советскому ГОСТ. В составе всего 3 ингредиента: ароматный мятный спирт, ректификованный спирт, подготовленная вода.
Процесс показан от и до: экстракция компонентов мяты, создание ароматного мятного спирта на самогонном аппарате "Миджет 2.0", купажирование ингредиентов.
Мятная настойка представляет аналог финской мятной водки или ликера Минту (Minttu).

Let's continue the series of videos on alcoholic beverages from the USSR. This time we're sharing with you the technology for preparing a simple and very tasty mint nastoika according to the Soviet GOST. It contains only 3 ingredients: aromatic peppermint alcohol, rectified alcohol, prepared water.
The process is shown from start to finish:
extraction of mint components, creation of aromatic mint alcohol on the moonshine still "Midget 2.0" , blending of ingredients.
Mint liqueur is analogous of Finnish mint vodka or liqueur Minttu.
