The Lands Between Rune Only Run Rules:
only 3000 runes to spend throughout entire run. (from the lands between rune)
only allowed to deal damage using weapons or items purchased with the runes.
Ground loot and drops allowed but not for dealing damage, only for buffing, debuffing, etc.
allowed to get ashes of war that don't cost runes (unless it's bought with the 3000 runes).
Physick Flask allowed with the exception of the explosive crystal tears
can use consumables that are floor loot or crafted if the crafting kit was purchased (no damage dealing consumables like spark aromatic).
