Further details:
BIM 360 makes it possible to store, manage, and monitor your projects in an intuitive cloud based environment. You can set up directories exactly as you would on a LAN server, set up project team members, and control folder access permissions. You can even differentiate the type of permissions, depending on the member needs.

In Civil 3D you can determine the project you want to access. Civil 3D will read the folders and files for any accessible projects.

Collaborate directly with other team members or other disciplines by sharing design information. You can share existing or proposed surface data that can then be accessed in Revit. Revit will link the topography making it possible to design or link an existing design to a geo-referenced coordinate system. Use the Shared Reference Point workflow to place your model with precision.

Navisworks offers the capability to combine all the elements of your design together in one model. Using the Time Line tool, you can view the construction sequence animation in a 4D environment. Navisworks is also directly linked to BIM 360. In BIM 360 you view the complete model. Managers and reviewers can create comments or issues in the browser window. Once the issue has been created and assigned, the designer can access the comment directly in Navisworks and make the necessary changes to the design file. Within Navis works, you have the option to run the clash detection tool where you can see if any elements are in conflict. You can identify the design files to compare, or you can choose the same file. Once a conflict is determined, you can make the necessary revisions, then mark the clash as resolved. Designers can add comments to the submitted issues and close the issue out.

BIM 360 allows you to stay to stay connected and collaborate more effectively with your team across the entire AEC collection.
