The problem: My wordpress website is not showing up. Wordpress not letting me log into my Admin. It only displays an error message.
Fatal error: Class 'W3_Config' not found in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/core/class-cache-smash.php on line 96
The fix: A plugin was causing the problem. (Surprise) Go to your webhost Cpanel and delete the guilty plugin in; WPtouch in my case. Look at your error message and it should tell you.
