This video is about the 7 stages of a breakup. There are, of course, different models, but I've chosen the 7 stages because it seems most sensible to me.
It should also be emphasized that every breakup is always a little different, and this is only meant to be a rough guide.
The 7 stages are:
Doubt: "Is he still the right one?"; "Is there something wrong with me?"
Shock, especially if someone doesn't see the breakup coming.
Denial: It's not final for us yet.
Anger and Rage
Attempted Rescue
Depression
Letting Go, New Beginning
