Hey everyone! Welcome back to "Simple Chained Together," our series where we recreate a simplified version of Chained Together in Unity.
In Episode 13, we’re finally adding the rope chain that connects our two players! We’re keeping it simple and minimum effort by using Unity’s Line Renderer to draw the rope and a Spring Joint to give it physics.
The rope sags, stays above the ground, and makes one player pull the other when they move too far apart. It’s a clean, lightweight solution that captures the feel of being chained together without heavy assets.
