Method 1.
Open your image then after your image has been open.
-Double click on the layer to unlock it and rename that layer to layer 1.
-Right click on layer 1 and click on "duplicate layer" then rename that layer layer 2.
-Go to image then go to Adjustments then go to Black & White and change layer 2 to Black & White.
-Then click on the eraser tool and erase the area on layer 2 that you want to be in colour.
-Adjust the brush size and Hardness to your liking.
-Then after your finish erasing the area u want in colour right click any layer and
then click on merge visible and your finish just save your picture.
Method 2.
Open your image then after your image has been open.
-Double click on the layer to unlock it, you don't have to rename the layer.
-Then click on the Quick Selection Tool and make sure it's on the plus Quick Selection Tool (if that's what it's call) at the top
then Select the area you want in colour
-Then after selecting the area you want in colour go to image then go to Adjustments then go to Black & White
to change the area you don't want in colour into black & White.
-if you notice that the area you want to be in colour is in black & White just cancel it and go to Select then go to inverse
then go back to image then go to Adjustments then go to Black & White.
-Then go to Select then go to deselect and your finish just save your picture.
