First I would like to say special thanks to company Sometimes You for giving me the code to this awesome game.
Lets start with game review and my thoughts about it, then after that I will breakdown how to get the platinum in the game!
Sometimes You presented us with a remake of the game Aircraft Evolution. This is an action game, where you have the task of destroying enemy bases by bombarding them with your aircraft.
Featuring juicy explosions, destructible buildings with simulated physics and carefully drawn objects the game blends classic gameplay with modern aesthetics.
You get to Fight through 4 different time periods, from the era of the First World War to futuristic battles.
Leveling up is very easy and as you level up you are able to evolve your aircraft from a wooden plane to a fighter of the future.
The game is very rewarding from that aspect. You always get a decent amount of money, experience and even bombs from bonus levels.
You can fine tune your aircraft by increasing its armor, fuel, speed, firepower and much more.
You upgrade as you go, but you can still try to take on a tank armed with plasma cannons using just a wooden plane!
There are 40 different missions in the game and what I liked the most about the game is its variety. Each level and each task is different so you need to adapt.
You will be given different objectives; destroy an enemy base, deal with waves of attacking fighters, boss fights and much more.
In preparation for battles, you can buy increasingly dangerous bombs.
Demolish the enemy with standard bombs, a barrage of cluster bombs, or burn enemies to ashes with napalm.
In the first half an hour you need to adapt to controls but once you get a grip you will see that they made them really well.
My big advice for you would be to buy new planes and then fine tune them. I bought new aircrafts at levels of experience 3, 15 and 30. There is no need to buy more of them if you fine tune them.
Trophies related game is a straightforward platinum that will take you about two to three hours to complete depending on your skills. Nothing is missable. Lets quickly check the trophy list:
To get the platinum you need to defeat all fourty levels on whichever difficulty you want, there are no difficulty related trophies. Also, there are no missable trophies.
You also need to get to level 30 and buy the best aircraft in the game which is locked at level 30.
There are a few miscellaneous trophies that will come naturaly such as destroy.
The game is very very enjoyable and it is one of the rarest games that didnt let me go to sleep. I have no cons on this game, really it is beautiful and well made and congrats to the team. I am giving 10 out of 10 and it is recommended to play this game.
