2012 Legal Reporting Workshop For Journalists
"Get the story, avoid the legal traps", the 2012 Law and the Media Workshop, was put on by the Law Society of BC and the Jack Webster Foundation. Designed to help journalists enhance their legal reporting skills, this year's workshop was held in Kamloops, BC, and covered topics such as how to pursue a story without getting sued and what to do when information takes an unexpected turn.
