In today’s video, I’m saving seeds from some of my favorite flowers and herbs—basil, petunia, beans, calendula, cosmos, and dahlias—and sharing a few of my favorite ways to carry the garden into winter. I’ll show you how I harvest and dry seeds for next year’s planting and how I collect comfrey, raspberry leaves, and yarrow to infuse in olive oil for future salves.
