You CAN get 1:10 clear, but you need to crit every hit. That is impossible without sk. You can easily get that clear time if you disregard your health, however. This team requires you to sweat more as well. My Mortefi is also at low investment with terrible echoes.
Again, qs rotations can vary after the opening rotation due to ability cooldowns.
It does not matter that much if you aren't able to pull off an echo atk during the qs stage. the dmg loss is not significant enough to forfeit a run.
