Apple Configurator 2 - Creating a profile with restrictions
How to set up a profile with restrictions for Apple Configurator 2. The profiles can then be added to a blueprint.
Open Apple configurator 2
Click on File
And choose new profile
Give your profile a name
You can fill in the rest or leave it blank depending on your requirements, it doesn’t matter if it is left blank.
For Security choose with Autorisation
Type in a password
And leave automatically remove profile to never
Then on the left hand side click on Restrictions
And then Configure
For Functionality select the restrictions you would like to impose
Then click on Apps and do the same
And then click on Media content and set your region and age restrictions.
When you are finished click on File and save
Save your profile to your computer for adding to your Blueprint later.
