Understanding the concepts in the video:
Claude Code is a tool from Anthropic that allows you to use the Claude language model directly in the terminal, with access to the file system, command execution, and code creation. It is one of the most powerful Vibe Coding tools available today.
Vibe Coding is the practice of developing software by describing what you want in natural language, without writing code manually. You describe it, the AI builds it. It's a complete change in the way applications are created.
VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a virtual server in the cloud, dedicated to you, that is online 24/7. Unlike your local computer, a VPS doesn't stop when you close the terminal or turn off the machine. It's the ideal infrastructure for running AI agents in production.
Webhook is a URL that "listens" and waits to receive information. In the context of WhatsApp agents, it's the address where the API sends each received message in real time, allowing the agent to process and respond automatically.
PM2 is a process manager for Linux that keeps applications running continuously in the background. With it, the agent restarts automatically in case of failure and resumes operation on its own when the VPS is restarted.
A lead qualification agent is an AI agent configured to receive contacts via WhatsApp, ask strategic questions to understand the customer profile—such as name, interests, and budget—and organize this information before passing it on to a human. It automates the initial contact and saves hours of manual customer service.
