SCUM 1.0 Dev Powers - Elevated User Setup and SQLite for Local Servers
Talking about Elevated User Setup including SQLite to access the SCUM Local Server database. By thew way for single players (sandbox) the dev powers are already there, no need to do anything.

This is my scum server path on my computer for reference:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SCUM Server
I should mention that I really believe Devs should have made all the admin powers into one line in adminusers.ini with parameters for each of the three [godmode, serversettings, devpowers] but nope that is not the way they did it - maybe they will change it one day. For now, lets work with what we got.
