Import an Ubuntu VM to an Ubuntu VM running VirtualBox
This is a Russian Doll approach where a VM is installed using Oracle's VM Manager which is operating inside an Ubuntu VM (the host for all of this is a Windows 7 Pro Laptop).
An Ubuntu OVA image is imported to create a new VM.
The MAC address is changed as part of the install.
