frist make sure your tv has a video in and a video out.One you know it does plug you game console in the "video in" slots (video aduio left and right) then plug your camera cords into the video out (make sure you have a video,aduio left and right cords for your camera). When your camera is pluged in go to the playback mode.once there hit your menu button and look for "rc control" choose that and then it should say rec pause or stop. that is how you record your games
To upload it to your pc or mac you need to hav a firewire cord that goes from your camera to your mac or pc
